In today's episode we're breaking down the shadow. Your shadow is as it sounds- the darkness that lives behind you, casted by the opposing light. In it lives any qualities or aspects of self that have been rejected and deemed unworthy, unlovable, or downright disgusting. Integrating this aspect of yourself is the key to true healing and freedom, allowing you to live at your full potential. As always, the more we work on ourselves the better our world becomes.
Our BIPOC spotlight this week is racial justice educator, spiritual activist, and healer, Rachel Ricketts. Her episode #91 on the "So you think you're intuitive with Natalie Miles" podcast goes deep into the spiritual webs of racial injustice in our collective. Rachel's raw approach mixed with her passion for this issue makes her such a powerful force in changing this narrative. Voices like Rachel's are the ones we need to be listening to right now. Email me your thoughts on the episode, I'd love to work through our shadows together.
