The #1 thing that a business owner can't outsource is decision-making, even if that means putting other people in place to make decisions for you!

In summer 2020, I was fortunate enough to take a Decision Making workshop for CEOs who to improve my performance in this critical but overlooked skill set. The training was hosted by my friend and mentor Tom Bilyeu.

In that training, Tom demonstrated how success in business can be boiled down to first principles thinking, similar to the scientific method. He calls that The Physics of Progress.
