Jennie and Marcy talk with Adam Gidwitz, winner of the 2017 Newbery Honor for The Inquisitor’s Tale: Or, The Three Magical Children and Their Holy Dog. Adam Gidwitz is the author of the Newbery Honor winning THE INQUISITOR'S TALE, the best-seller A TALE DARK AND GRIMM and its companions, and the new series THE UNICORN RESCUE SOCIETY. He also has a forthcoming podcast from Pinna called GRIMM, GRIMMER, GRIMMEST. Adam was a teacher for eight years in Brooklyn, NY. Now he writes full time, which means that he spends a few hours a day writing, and spends the rest of the time lying on his couch staring at the ceiling.

She has received such honors as the Parents' Choice Award, the National Jewish Book Award, and a Newbery Honor citation.
