I don't know about you, but I've had it with AI bots! 

When I started as a software developer, if I had a problem with my Microsoft compiler, I could call Microsoft and an ACTUAL person would answer the phone. They would ask me what the problem was and, after I answered, they would connect me directly with a person that could help me solve the issue.

Now, when I call Microsoft or any other company (that I know of) you end up hearing an AI voice, or when you want to chat with a person at any company, all you get is an AI bot!. 

I love it when you say to the bot "I want to speak with a person", then replies "I'm sorry, I didn't understand the question." If I change for way of communicating with the bot to "Can you connect me with a person", they reply, something like "Do you want to speak with a live agent?". I mean, HELLO, is anyone home? Even after I click "yes" in the chat, it will ask me, albeit in a different way, "Should I connect to a live agent?".

AI cn be very useful in many situations, but to replace humans in the area of customer is a travesty!

I've had more trouble with Handelsbanken in the last year, than with any other bank. It's true that every Swedish bank has the same method of logging in. That is, using something called BankID. You have to open that app every time you log into any Swedish bank. You have to scan a QR code, followed by a long security code that is quite difficult to remember!

The reason I made this podcast is that I have two bank cards from HB and, neither of the cards work! That means that I have to live off whatever I have in my cupboards! The situation is quite ironic, in that I applied for loan from HB that may come through tomorrow, but I won't be able to use any of the money in any account because of the issue with the cards.

The last thing I want to say is that I cannot wait to move out of Sweden.

I would love to demand justice from Handelsbanken!

I saw and incredibly eye-opening film in Stockholm called "The Teacher" written and directed by British-Palestinian filmmaker Farah Nabuli.

I still haven't forgotten the film. It was really tragic the way the military of Israel oppressed the people in the West Bank and in the Gaza Strip! I also know that this violence is continuing!

When will the world step up and put an end to this senseless violence? It has to stop.

Religions all over the world have a similar message about love, kindness and peace, but individuals within each of the religions tend to radicalize ideas that come from the core teachings of their respective religion. And this has been happening for thousands of years!

I highly recommend that you see this film!

I was born in the US and lived there until I was about 30.

Since I moved to Europe, I've seen things from a different angle.

Fo example, I always thought that the US American political system was very good. Every has to pay taxes right? All presidents are perfect, right?

NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure that there are only two countries in the world that tax their citizens, even when they don't live in the country. Do you want to guess the two members of this elite (wink, wink) club? So I won't make you wait too long, the answer is:

1) North Korea
2) The 'United' States of America

It's fully that these two countries don't get along, isn't it? (NOT!!)

With the current circumstances in the US, I would never want to live there. There would need to be an honest president in office. I know "honest president" is an oxymoron, but at least Jimmy Carter seemed to be very honest.

I used to think that San Francisco was the most beautiful city in the world! Now the situation there has gotten dramatically worse! The situation with the homelessness isn't getting any better, because the politicians don't care enough to lift a finger to help those in need.

Please start trying to get along with each other, whether conservative, liberal, or Libratarian, you need to figure out how to communicate without pointing fingers of blame.

Donald has once again performed a miracle with economics!

He not only cut aid to other countries, thereby saving money for the US. He also raised tariffs to many countries that export goods to the US. That resulted in a situation that only hurt the US. The other countries retaliated by dramatically raising their own tariffs against the US.

But now, Donnie has come up with a new trick: he has figured out a way to devalue the Dollar. Maybe he should consider teaching his trick to 'other' world leaders.

I only hope that Mr Trump will be kicked out of the office of President before it's too late!

Mr Trump as caused chaos in this world. It all started with him cutting back US aid to countries that are in need.

Now Mr Trump, in his infinite wisdom, increased tariffs to many other countries. In retaliation, those countries that were affected by his increasing of the tariffs! 

He is the only person (misogynist) that I've ever heard about that said something disgusting about his own daughter. In front of other politicians AND his daughter, he said "If she wasn't my daughter, I would DO HER".

And because Mr Trump thinks he is untouchable, he even said: "I could walk down Madison Avenue and kill someone. No one could do anything about it!".

Donald always claims that he made all the money on his own. Nothing could be further from the truth!. He inherited most of his money from his father. 

He also went bankrupt about fours times, due to bad business practices.

He is not famous for have a high IQ or for being a teller of the truth.

It still isn't here. Now they said that I have wait for more days and keep checking the balance to see if the money is there.

I am at the end of my rope!

When will the international transfer system be more efficient?

To be honest, Sweden has, what I consider the most beautiful city in the world! Namely Stockholm.

However, I have since found out that Sweden is infiltrated by the mafia. Even in the government!

The last apartment I rented in a place call Märsta, run by a company called NordicPM, which was owned and run by the Bulgarian Mafia!!!!

They have caused so many problems, that I cannot wait to leave this country, even considering it's beauty.

The other issue about Sweden, as in many other countries, they are cutting down more and more of the remaining trees! Cutting down trees for frivolous reasons, is a recipe for disaster! 

Trees are the number two producer of oxygen on the planet. The more trees that are cut down, and the more pollution that is created by fossil-based fuels, are killing even more trees because of acid rain! 

This issue doesn't only exist in Sweden. Many other countries are doing the same!

How can it be in today's world that a bank transfer can take more than a few seconds?

What does it take to receive a money transfer right away?

I've almost given up with the whole system! 

I worked for banks for many years. I know how it works from the inside. I know about floats and they work. I know about SWIFT and how that works. I thing at that time transfers worked better.

What I don't know is how can it (in todays day in age) take sooooo long to receive money from a foreign bank. It just doesn't make any sense!

What if someone is depending on money to survive, for example,, if they had to pay for an operation. That person might die, because they didn't receive the money.

I hope this whole system improves dramatically!
