Iran and the United States

This Friday, Iran and the United States meet in Oman for talks focused on the nuclear issue. 

Tehran has warned that Washington's insistence on expanding the scope of the dialogue to include other topics could jeopardize the agreement's reach for this meeting.

Venezuela

Venezuela's Acting president, Delcy Rodriguez, thanked the National Assembly for approving the general amnesty law in its first reading. 

Rodriguez emphasized that the initiative is part of an effort to consolidate democratic coexistence in Venezuela.

Cuba

And Cuba's president, Miguel Díaz-Canel, reported that Cuba is expanding the use of its own energy sources in response to the oil stronghold imposed by the government of President Trump. 

The Cuban leader revealed that since last December the 3rd, Cuba has not received a single drop of fuel, a situation that has cross-cutting impact in public health, the economy, transportation, electricity generation and everyday survival, Diaz-Canel said.
