Andrew still can't get over the amount of dead cap the Wild are carrying from the Ryan Suter and Zach Parise buyouts ($14.6 million). Even with that dead money against their cap, the Wild remain competitive in the Western Conference. Chris and Andrew discuss how much they can remain in the playoff hunt for this season.

The prospect challenge was this weekend so Drop the Mitts co-host Chris Davis drops by to give his thoughts on how the young players did. After a poor first season in the league, last season the Seattle Kraken surprised almost everyone by not only making the playoffs, but by taking the Dallas Stars to Game 7 in the second-round of the playoffs.
