Shame sabotages men. Shame destroys a man's sense of worth and effective leadership by shifting his inner narrative from "I did something wrong" to "I am something wrong," which undermines confidence, clarity, and courage. Instead of leading from conviction, he operates from fear of exposure, failure, or rejection.
Today's guest is Craig Glass, who leads Peregrine Ministries in Monument, Colorado. Craig is the author of Noble Journey and tours the country speaking to men about the corrosive effect of shame on a man's identity and his leadership.
