What an episode we have this week.  Mystic couldn’t make it out to host this week, so Liqiud (@LiqiudGG) is filling in, and boy do we have a lot to talk about.  We start the show talking about the HGC qualifier tournaments, and announce that Shiz, Liqiud and Mystic’s “Rocky Balboa” underdog team will be competing in the tournament this weekend, vying for one of the coveted final spots in the tournament.  We also cover the balance patch that just hit the Nexus and we talk briefly about the PTR changes that also came into effect this week.  We’ll be doing a deeper dive into the PTR changes on next week’s show when those changes are live in the Nexus.

Today we had our first “HotS Debate” segment at the tail end of the show where Daz and Shiz fervently debated the topic of whether it’s better to draft a team centered around team fighting or objectives.  And we’re letting you decide the winner of the debate, you can vote on Twitter.

You can find our guest host LiQiuD on Twitch at twitch.tv/LiqiudGG or follow him on Twitter at twitter.com/LiqiudGG.

On this week’s show, we’ve got a special guest and Chair League caster Liqiud (yes, that’s how he spells it).  We cover the weekly news, including HGC qualifier information and the changes to damage mitigation that are coming to the Nexus.

In our strategy segment, we comprehensively cover one of Shiz’s favourite heroes… Valla.  The demon hunter ranged assassin that is currently sitting on top of most pro’s tier lists.  Sit back and find out why she’s so strong in the current meta, and how to play her different builds properly.

Today’s guest Liqiud can be found streaming regular Chair League matches and his team’s scrims at twitch.tv/liqiudlive and on Twitter at twitter.com/LiQiuDGG .

The High King of the Alliance has made his way into the Nexus, and boy is he an interesting hero.  The first multi-class hero in the game, and a great kit and talent tree making him one of the most versatile heroes we’ve ever seen.  Shiz is back this week with Daz and Mystic to talk about Varian Wrynn along with the recent patch changes that included major reworks to mainstays like Zeratul, Illidan and Kharazim.

Blizzcon has come and gone, and there’s a lot to talk about.  The Fall Championship was some of the best Heroes of the Storm eSports we’ve ever seen.  We’ve got two new heroes, Varian Wrynn and Ragnaros the Firelord coming to the Nexus in the coming weeks.  We’ve even got a brand spanking new PTR that went live recently with a boatload of hero reworks.  Shiz couldn’t make it out for the show this week, but Daz and Mystic go over all of these exciting topics, sit back and enjoy the show.
