The NFL Draft Is Here - What's Ahead For the Jets and Giants?
The 2026 NFL Draft begins Thursday in Pittsburgh and while it may not be a quarterback-heavy draft, there is still plenty of talent to pick from.
The Jets have the 2nd pick in the draft; the Giants have two of the top 10 picks.
Odds are that the Raiders will choose Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza with the first overall pick, so the Jets will probably wait until next year to pick a quarterback.
The Giants, already set at the QB position, may choose to go with running back Jeremiyah Love from Notre Dame.
Both New York local baseball teams are also on tap with the obvious conclusions that the Yankees need to have Ben Rice in their lineup every day, and Mets manager Carlos Mendoza is on a VERY hot seat.
