Toby Mergler is joined by guest Brad Evans for a Wednesday episode of Trendy! The show begins with the guys rehashing both their previous night’s baseball bets as well as their strident beliefs in condiments that go on meats. After comparing promos for great ticket packages by losing baseball teams late in the season to dreams of a younger self being allowed into the Playboy Mansion, Toby opens the NFL dialogue with his “Heart” pick. Brad follows with backing Patrick Mahomes before engaging Toby in a long rant about missing out on cool names. After a brief aside for baseball, the show wraps with Toby and Brad backing more Chiefs action before supporting each other’s running back prop bets in “Tail or Fail.”
