I actually recorded this episode at the beginning of the year, and I simply had not uploaded it yet. Although the message was originally intended to kick off 2020, I feel that it is especially fitting now during this time of increased uncertainty. 

The biggest risk you can take is not improving your life, and if you truly value your personal growth and development, you simply must become a reader. Even if you do not have a leadership position by title, each one of you is a leader in your own right. You have the opportunity to lead and impact those within your circle of influence each day. In the profound words of former President Harry S. Truman, "Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers." Check out this episode, and become a reader today.

John C. Maxwell has famously stated, "You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret to your success is in your daily routine." This emphasis on consistency is prevalent in children as they are growing and learning new things, yet for some reason or another, we seem to forget the incredible importance of this emphasis as we get older.
