They talk about how their views of these different approaches were shaped during their lives in the US and during The Occupy Movement. This is a deeply personal episode that I am almost afraid to post because of who might listen.

But it is just as important to get the feelings out rather than holding them in. A double edged sword if I’ve ever run into one.

Some people define stupidity as doing the same thing over and over again. So, in this episode I express my desire to end my one sided love algorithm that has been failing my and taking me to all corners of the globe over the past 10 years or more. And, that is the point of this episode and the poem. I can love a mind. That’s fine. But, I can no longer let a love of a mind to lead me down the path of love. For fear that it will be one sided and the cycle will repeat all over again.

So if you are the person I am talking about. Please know that I respect you as a person and a friend. And the whole point of the poem and the episode is to preserve friendship, respect you and to try and stop my own stupidity

We are trying a new format this time so my friend Meagan joins me to talk about The Spring Lobby Weekend which is coming up in March.  We also talk about the issue of mass incarceration, The Occupy Movement and ways to effectively lobby your local congressperson, senators and state representatives for issues that you care about. Hopefully we will we hear more from Meagan in the future as we could discuss quite a lot of topics.
