Two league games in and people have already got stuff to say. Can't even trust our favourite national podcasts anymore because they're sticking their noses in. Curse this enhanced exposure.

Nevertheless, the Lampteys give sane analysis a go, and try not to form fundamental conclusions about stuff after 180 minutes of league football, while not pretending that things were entirely ticketyboo against Hull.

Not long now guys... it's PREMIER LEAGUE time.

A couple of weeks ago some people were going through THE ROUGHEST TRANSFER WINDOW EVER because we'd only spent £80m. Fortunately we've now spent over £100m, so hopefully that's helped.

The Niis are back for a 15th season to discuss this new influx of players and what we might expect in the Premier League

Note: we had to record this on Teams because our other tool has become a pile of SH-ite. So there are couple of glitchy moments. We'll do better next time.

Hello you lovely winners!

This is a bit of alright isn't it? Cov won everything they needed to win, we got to have an endless stream of celebrations, and now we've been able to spend the last month relaxed while everyone else gets their knickers in a twist about binoculars and stuff. We'll look back at this period as the summer of our dreams, I'm sure of it.

Anyway! To wrap up the season the big bad Lampteys got together last week(ish) to chat about the celebration period we've just had, from trophy lifts and Ellis Simms hat-tricks, to party buses and CARL gobbling all the awards.

We love it all. All excellent. Not negative. And if we are, that's just our way for a bit of a laugh sometimes. We love Coventry City Football Club (Company number 07612487) loads and loads! HONEST GUV.

Deary me, what a whirlwind of a fortnight.

Not content with scoring a million away at Derby, we've only gone and scored a million against QPR, as well as buying a bloody stadium.

Yes, we have since lost to Millwall, but the Carabao Cup was not made for us, so we shan't dwell on that.

Hello good people.

We recorded a podcast last week. It was a day or two after the rawness of the Sunderland defeat, and that is reflected in the variety of thoughts that you will hear in this episode. It's hard to know quite what emotion to feel when you miss out on the playoff final in that fashion, so the Niis had a go at feeling most of them.
