Gant Laborde is an owner of Infinite Red, mentor, adjunct professor, published author, and award-winning speaker. For 20 years, he has been involved in software development and continues strong today. He is an “open sourcerer”, team leader, and aspires to one day become a mad scientist. He blogs, videos, and maintains popular repositories for the community.

Daniel is a software engineer with broad experience across modern web and cloud environments. He's passionate about open source and modern development tooling and likes bringing ideas from different disciplines to software development. These days, Daniel is a developer advocate at Prisma, focusing on next-generation database access for Node.js and Typescript. Outside the software world, Daniel is interested in woodworking and motorcycling.

Alex is currently the lead developer for a startup in China that is pioneering an online spot market platform for the beef and mutton industries. But that's where the somewhat normal resume part stops. Since graduating two years ago from Georgia Tech, Alex has been travelling through Asia with just a book bag of possessions, working as a remote developer. Currently living in Vladivostok, Russia, Alex has set out on a year-long metaphorical journey that might push him to new heights, or spell his destruction.

He later moved to ColdFusion and created the ColdFusion on Wheels open source framework (still in active development). In the mid 2000s he moved to Ruby and Rails and now works primarily on RedwoodJS, an open source framework built on React and GraphQL.

Tim Roven is a musician, composer and sound designer from Brooklyn New York. He started studying classical violin at age 4 and played in orchestras and chamber groups through college. After college he played guitar and violin in various bands in Chapel Hill, North Carolina before moving back to New York.

In New York City he started the web design firm Blue Hypermedia which he eventually sold. Throughout this time he was doing studio session work and occasional touring with bands. After his first child was born he kept to the studio where he did composition work for Fortune 500 corporate presentations and annual reports, advertising and documentary films.

What Tim says about the origins of Tabletop Audio:

Tabletop Audio was a side project which resulted from playing tabletop role playing games with my 2 young boys. Even though my boys are now too cool to play with me I realized that I had stumbled on something which I loved doing and it quickly became my main focus. Working on Tabletop Audio has allowed me to pursue a variety of projects such as audio books, escape rooms and theater sound design as well as doing custom work on exciting new role playing games
