We basically discuss here how Squad Strike & the several modes under Special Smash could improve. Táj even suggests something new for the competitive scene! Who knew he had it in him, huh? This is the second of three segments of the "Smash" menu of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. In this segment, we're doing a roster overhaul (minus DLC), as we're taking into consideration the fighters' modern-day representations & what they have to offer; what should be part of their overall look & moveset. We're also discussing which echos/fighters should've been part of the series before Ultimate.

This is the first of three segments of a five-part series of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Throughout this series, NF & co-hosts will discuss what could be improved about the game, now & after major development is finished. Each part of the series will appear consecutively after every other News Review episode. In this episode, we're making tweaks to the rulesets & how satisfied we are with the stage select; surprisingly not too much on the stages they could've kept.
