In this episode, we discuss why some people get more attached to books/characters than others! We are of course lay people and are really just chatting about our own experiences/reading an article and are in no way experts lol! But it was a fun convo because we were curious about why Sam and her husband have such different reactions to things as they are reading through Zodiac Academy together. The article we read discusses how different attachment styles can affect how parasocial you might be with characters/books so we read/discussed that and then took an attachment style quiz! In this episode, we discuss our current story projects since we have both recently pushed through and wrote some more! We’ve been super busy lately so finally getting back to our characters feels good! Plus the time away might have helped us get some distance because we had lots of larger progressions and plotchanging conversations (honestly kind of a breakthrough in some ways!).
