When we refuse to participate in conversations that explore the fullness of thought, it is limiting. It smothers our ability to think critically, the expansiveness of our empathy, and our curious nature. Those are the very qualities that make us uniquely connected to one another; the foundation of our humanness. These days it’s just as easy to become numb to the outbursts in a comment section as it is to get sucked into the rage cycle. I have to wonder… Is that by design? And how do we break that rage cycle?

Let’s talk about my experience as a consumer for a beloved company. It’s where my consultant lens meets my consumer lens, and the opportunities I think that exist for a more aligned (and perhaps more profitable) organization.
