According to author, Rosie O'Hara, cancer is not an illness that you can catch and it's certainly not something you deserve. However, it is something you can survive. In fact, there are so many unknown elements in regards to cancer as far as how it develops and how it is formed that the cure is very complex. Neuro linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. The title refers to a stated connection between the neurological processes (“neuro”), language (“linguistic”), and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience (“programming”). NLP is capable of providing people with resources that they need to cope with every circumstance. Especially the difficult times in our lives that change who we are, how we live and the decisions we make. No More Bingo Dresses is Rosie O'Hara's personal dialogue about her experience with breast cancer. It is refreshingly different from other related personal journals. In this book, you will not find the typical tales of self-pity, sorrow and sadness but words of inspiration. Using NLP techniques, will be of interest to patients, professionals, relatives, NLP practitioners and more. Tune in to this segment of The NLP View Radio Show, as host, Donna Blinston is joined by author, Rosie O'Hara to discuss her best-selling book, No More Bingo Dresses.
