The Noodle Pod

A new year doesn't always have to equal a new you. In our fourth episode, we dive into goal setting, achievements, and the sometimes toxic narrative around new years resolutions. We believe that you can start a transformation and chase your dreams at any time, not just January 1st. Nonetheless, we wish everyone a happy and healthy new year filled with doing things on your own timeline!

Creating routines isn't easy, especially during the winter months...In this episode we talk about the importance of routines and how to take care of yourself when you don't want to. The holiday season can bring lots of change and complicated feelings, but small consistencies can make a world of difference. We'll see you in two weeks for episode four!
