In this episode I'm joined by former Chief reporter and journalist at The Northern Scot, Elgin City media team member, and author, as well as friend Chris Saunderson.

In this week's episode we are joined by a man that needs no introduction. Moray's newest kickboxing phenom Ethan Hendry. You'd have to have been living under a rock to not have seen this man's head kick knockout in a fight he had at the end of 2023. Having seen him train person whilst doing some filming projects, it's pretty clear this guy is destined for incredible success in his combat sports career!

We chat for an hour and twenty minutes. Including topics such as, How Ethan got into combat sports, Making the move to SBG Moray, Ambitions to compete in MMA in the future, the relentless pace Ethan pushes on his opponents, that headkick knockout and Aidan Stephen's upcoming participation in the Cage Warriors Prizefighter tournament! It's been a while since we've managed to put out a video episode. So what better way to return than to once again speak to "The King Of The North", SBG Moray Coach, BJJ Blackbelt, and sports masseuse Kevin McAloon. We spoke to Kev about three years ago, which is wild and shows how fast time is truly flying!

A lot has happened since we last spoke. Kev is now a blackbelt, has just competed in Polaris, whilst smashing every other competition he has competed in. In this week's episode, I was delighted to be joined by Press & Journal journalist Sean McAngus. Felt a bit out of my depth asking a journalist question, I guess life comes at you fast and you have to wing it! That said, Sean was very easy to speak to which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

In this week's episode, I'm joined by returning guest, filmmaker, and good friend Finn McNeill. Finn is the owner of the Parallel Finn YouTube channel where he reviews motorbikes and makes videos around the Scottish scenery on his travels. Alongside some absolute classic comedic timing moments!

We got to talking about what got us both into film, Davinci Resolve being a game changer, the future of vehicles going electric and the problems that presents, the power that TikTok has brought to promoting creative work posted on other platforms, as well as getting into Finn's workflow.
