Healer, spiritual teacher, therapist and life coach Catreeana Saunders joins The North Star Hustle! From all things mental health and well-being, what spirituality actually means, how to deal with anxiety and depression and where that comes from, trauma, the emotional world and self awareness, some of the problems in today's world and how/why it is causing issues with peoples mental health and the list goes on.

Catreeana is so intuitive and her results with her clients speak for itself. In a world that is suffering silently in many ways, there couldn't be a more important time to begin to share this knowledge.

Damien Bugeja has had his share of ups and down across his life. He is "Running for Joey." A 270km run, he created himself from his house in Craigieburn to his holiday house in Yarrawonga in memory of his dad Joseph Bugeja, who passed away after a 5 year battle with cancer.
