Following the ups and downs of Monday night for the Vikings, Brian & Dave discuss games in sports history that took us on an emotional rollercoaster. Dave Hoops joins for his second week of NFL pick'em. The first hour concludes with the latest edition of "Buy or Sell."

Andy Wilcox of Hermantown High School kicks off the second hour by previewing the October return of the Swain Invitational Cross Country meet. Erik Lofald of Duluth Denfeld football recaps his team's experience playing at TCO Stadium. Bill Anttila of Sonju Two Harbors concludes the show by promoting their busy celebration day (Arola Architecture Studios Drawing Lines Segment).

In the aftermath of the latest bad news regarding the ownership of the Twins, Brian and Dave admit that it caught them by surprise. As a result, they explore other events in Minnesota sports history that genuinely caught them by surprise. Dave Hoops of Hoops Brewing returns after a week away. He brings his usual for the Vikings, and tells us what beers to drink to survive the rest of the baseball season. Brian, Dave, and Dave conclude the first hour playing the latest edition of Buy or Sell.

In the second hour of the training camp visit, the guys get a visit from legendary Viking Leo Lewis, as part of the Drawing Lines segment courtesy of Arola Architecture Studio. Following that, it's on field interviews with current Vikings Jonathan Greenard, Will Fries, Eric Wilson, Josh Metellus, and Duluth native C.J. Ham. Brian and Dave spent Monday, August 11th at Vikings Training Camp in Eagan. With the help of Nick Stoltman, they put a show together that aired on August 16th. In the first segment, the guys rate each starting QB in the NFC North. The second segment continues to stack the division against each other at all skill positions, offensive line, and complete defense. The final segment plays Buy or Sell, with an NFC North theme.
