Describing what essential oils are how made and how they are used with an unusual aromatherapist.
A former EMT, Joan has definitely seen people at their most un-well. We all know that of the five senses, smell is the most powerful, and as a first responder, I'm sure she can attest to that! First responders are among those with the highest suicide rates! A smell can trigger a flashback to an event that is highly emotionally charged.

Join us as Joan explains how she makes her own essential oils that that have been healing since biblical times (Frankincense is good for nightmares).
Sweet dreams, and see you Tuesday.
