We're back! We took a hiatus and podcasted last time in June from local crew Calamaties anniversary jam. Well we're set back up in a new spot and doing the damn thang again! This episode we discuss:

• Catch up with what we've been up to since the last podcast.

• Talk about Saso's bachelor party craziness a month ago in Cabo San Lucas as well as his fiance's bachelorette in SD.

• Talk about recent travels

• How people are getting offended by the memes we've posted on the @not_so_fresh_podcast

• Why are people so soft and getting offended by everything lately?

• Crazy Legs posted recently asking if the term, "Ghetto Blaster" referring to a boombox aka radio is offensive? Hmmmm...

• Why Saso now wears CROCS on his feet. Did he say they're better to break in than Pro Keds? Will he piss of the hip hop nazis?!

In podcast 53 we set up at San Diego's breaking/dance event Culture of Four hosted by Eranetik and the Calamities crew. The pod CASTING COUCH was open to anyone that wanted to sit and chat with the NSF podcast. Most of the time was spent with our homie Rainen originally from Delivery Boyz, Footwork Fanatix and Jabbawockeez. Other notable homies that stopped by to chat were Keving Brewer (Jabbawockeez), Profo Won (Floor Gangz)and NIco Castro (Killafornia).

We basically caught up with Rainen as we go back with him in the SD breaking scene and in life in general. He talks about Jabbawockeez and we reminisce about his days back in San Diego.

Saso took a choreography class taught by Kevin and Rainen the night before so we talked about how it was for him getting back into the choreography realm after being away from it for so long. Saso is a former OG Jabbawockee.

Rainen and Kyle go back and forth about breaking as a sport and the comparison to crossfit as a sport.

We say hi to people that come by and catch Nico Castro for a good 10 minutes between battles, that is until Saso makes his feel mad uncomfortable with some comments.

As usual we close out with what we've been listening/watching in the past few weeks. Shout out to Netflix and iTunes.

In podcast #51 we discuss whether or not Breaking aka breakdancing to the media should be included in the 2024 Paris Olympics. It seems to have passed the initial stages to be voted in along with skateboarding and surfing.

We call Bboy Emajyn who now resides in Los Angeles to hear his take on breaking being included in the 2024 Olympics. A photographer, bboy and staunch advocate against breaking in the olympics gives the listeners his reasons why it's a bad idea. The Not So Fresh Podcast crew gives their own ideas on why it's actually a good decision to have breaking included in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Au revoir! See you guys in Paris five years from now!

It's the 50th podcast! In podcast #50 we welcome Bay Area legendary Bboy/Dancer Profo Won into the Not So Fresh Podcast studio! Profo has been dancing for over 30 years and has had a huge influence around the world teaching many workshops across the globe. In this podcast we discuss:

• We find out how Profo works out to get his body into breaking shape, by doing a cross train workout mixing muay thai and breaking.

• How intermittent fasting has helped him stay lean and overcome various injuries. Fasting eating up scarred tissue.
