  • Negotiate at a Farmer's Market: Twenty Three Lessons Before 23
Hello Hello! And Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! Today's episode is full of Thanksgiving lessons. And no, I'm not talking about how we need to give thanks and be grateful although that is good advice. I think the Thanksgiving season is a tough time for some people. Perhaps we don't get along with all of our relatives. Maybe we even let them step on us every once and a while. There comes a time when we need to stop worrying about being unliked and start advocating for ourselves and ask to be treated how we deserve while also keeping things civil. Sometimes it's our family who treats us wrongly. Maybe it's your coworkers or friends. Either way, I wrote these lessons to help encourage you all to advocate for yourself for what you deserve whether that's having an uncomfortable conversation with a relative or negotiating at a farmer's market.
