  • How To Prepare Your House For Sale?

Do you know what is involved in the sale of your property? Can you sell the property yourself or do you need to engage a real estate agent? How do you choose a real estate agent? And how do you prepare your property for sale?

  • How to make your offer irresistible to the seller?

Buying a property in the current market can be a real challenge and for some people it can be a struggle. There are so many issues that you need to consider in order to be successful in purchasing your dream property. You need to have money of course. But even if you have money, you realise that you are competing with other, equally motivated buyers who want to buy the same property as you. So, how do you make sure your name ends up on the contract?

In this week's episode I get to chat to Cameron Porter, a buyer's agent from Porters House. We discussed what a buyer's agent does as not many people are familiar with their role in the purchase process. We talked about how to make a buyer's offer stand out from the crowd and make it irresistible to the seller. Cameron also talked about mistakes that he sees other buyers do, particularly first time home buyers. This episode is full of tips so whether you are new to the property market or are a seasonal investor, I'm sure you will learn so much from this conversation.

Cameron has more than 17 years experience in the property market and he has assisted his clients to secure the perfect property. He and his team take care of every aspect of the property purchasing process, from researching the market, organising property inspections, negotiating with the agents to successfully securing the deal.
