You are the problem in your property business. If you want it to grow, replace yourself, without ACTUALLY replacing yourself :)

As I've said before: If you want to grow, find someone further down the line. Someone with the knowledge you want. Take what you can from them, and apply. Until you are THAT person.

Then it's your responsibility to teach others. Bring people into your business. Give them your skills. Teach them what you know. Effectively replacing yourself...

So, you can focus on the bigger picture.
