...survives contact with the enemy. As it is on the battlefield, so goes it for the internet. Myself and MAE(Middled-aged Evan) were about 40 mins in to a banger of an episode when good ole' technology got in the way. See, we use Discord to chat for the pod and well, Discord's servers decided to take a shit all over our podcast.

So, we get in to some news and rumors, but only about half the stuff we really wanted to get in to, which was one last review of Battlefield V before we put that fucker out to pasture. The day we recorded the podcast also happened to coincide with the 7 year anniversary of 2nd Assault's release, the 2nd expansion pack for Battlefield 4. It was a GREAT content drop. I know. I am 2 years and roughly 1 month late to the party. However, now the only Battlefield title I have not played is the first Battlefield: Bad Company. I know. BFV was received rather ... poorly ... and that's putting it lightly. But, it is still the most current Battlefield game we have and I felt I could not talk about the full breadth of Battlefield titles with genuine authority if I didn't play this game. So here we are.

Oof. Were it not for the amazing graphics and sound, I would have rated this game a 3/10. This game isn't terrible, it just misses the mark by SOOO much. I did only get about 10 hours of game play in for this review so it's maybe not the most in-depth review ever.
