April 09, 2021Observations for 09 Apr 21Joe Biden announced executive action on guns, based on a nearly unbeleivable litany of lies. Democrats are back their tax and spend habits, but don't worry, the economy can't possibly crash under a burden of crushing debt. The Biden Administration's response to the situation at the border is to plug their ears and eyes to chant "La la la la, I can't hear you." Businesses seem to have forgotten that Republicans buy products, too....more1h 4minPlay
April 02, 2021Observations for 02 Apr 21Everything is infrastucture, except, you know, infrastructure. Major leage Baseball has decided to punish black people in Atlanta, because Georgia imposed the same viting regulations as MLB's home state of NY. The inmates are running the asylum, episode 483,381. When you get the COVID vaccine, please be sure to act as if you're completely unvaccinated....more59minPlay
March 26, 2021Observations for 26 Mar 21Joe Biden held his first press conference this week, picking preselected White House reporters to field their fawning softball questions. Georgia either did or did not reimpose Jim Crow voting restrictions. Two mass shootings happened this week, but one was by a Syrian immigrant with an Arab name, so it didn't count for political or narrative purposes. Barack Obama is diametrically opposed to Barack Obama on the subject of killing the Senate filibuster....more1h 3minPlay
March 19, 2021Observations for 19 Mar 21Both Russia and China told Joe Biden to take a hike this week. Taiwan's days are probably numbered as an independent country. Democrats in the House seem increasingly unhinged. There's a border crisis, and Joe Biden says it's all Donald Trump's fault. COVID experts don't seem to want any states to open yet...or maybe ever. Reminder: Woodropw Wilson was virulently racist....more44minPlay
March 12, 2021Observations for 12 Mar 21It seems like only yesterday that Andrew Cuomo strode across the media like a colossus. Unwise COVID orders that apparently caused thousands of death among the elderly weren't enough to tarnish his image. Now, the NY governor has had 7 women come forward with sexual harassmant allegations. Still, Cuomo declares he won't resign, because that would be bowing to...cancel culture. Joe Biden still hasn't had a solo presser. Thousands of illegal immigrants are coming across the border, while the number of unaccompanied minors has tripled. The government may graciously allow us to celebrate July 4th with our families....more1h 16minPlay
March 05, 2021Observations for 05 Mar 21Joe Biden had a wierd ending to a public appearance this week, and doesn't plan to have a press availability until the end of March. Makes one wonder if he's really in charge of this administration. Turns out that Doctor Seuss is virulently racist. Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claims he was preparing for hand-to-hand combat on January 6th. I'll take "things that never happened" for $800, Alex. Eight Democrats in the Senate nixed the minimum wage hike included in the COVID relief bill, one sexily....more1h 22minPlay
February 26, 2021Observations for 26 Feb 21The CPAC conference is running, and it seems to have turned into a pro-trump rally from start to finish. It's really TPAC, now, so how will that affect the future of the Republican party. NY Governor Andrew Cuomo is accused of being a naughty boy. Some Democrats in Congress are coming out in favor of censorship, under the guise of reducing misinformation. Ron Desantis may be insterested in moving from state governor to the top job in 2024. Also, math is racist now....more1h 23minPlay
February 19, 2021Observations for 19 Feb 21Apologies to Stevie Ray Vaughn for the title of this week's podcast, but it is, in fact, Freezin' down in Texas, because of the the failure of capitalism embodied by ERCOT, the non-profit, regulated power grid management organization in that state. Yeah...capitalism. Good ol' state-regulated, non-profit capitalism. The essence of free markets. We also remark on the passing of Rush Limbaugh....more1h 24minPlay
February 12, 2021Observations for 12 Feb 21The former president's impeachment trial continues in the Senate, while the current president rules like a king via executive order. Which is kind of OK since Congress steadfastly refuses to do their real jobs. Gina Carano got cancelled by Disney. Mario Cuomo miught get cancelled by New York....more1h 15minPlay
February 05, 2021Observations for 05 Feb 21After a year with no Web site, and no place to store the recordings, we're back! And we start with not recording the first 5 minites of the podcast. After that, though, it settles down and we talk about election fraud, the Keystone Pipeline, and perennial favorite Alaxandra Ocasio-Cortez....more1h 12minPlay
