If we could know what people really think about us, would we want to know? A knee-jerk response might be, “absolutely I want to know!”, but if the feedback isn’t good, then it may mean that I have to change something about myself.
Joining us this week is a very special guest host, Dr. Tanie Miller Kabala. Dr Kabala is a speaker, author and practicing clinical psychologist. In addition to her private practice at the West Chester Wellness Center in West Chester, PA, Tanie is the author of The Weight Loss Surgery Coping Companion as well as an album of meditations and relaxations entitled, Rest and Restore, which is available on iTunes, Amazon, the App Store, and Google Play. Check her out! She is awesome!
