Today I thought about the concept, "the ocean is the Wave and the wave is the ocean". We are all on our own singularly unique journeys and also connected in the human journey. We are so hard on ourselves and do not realize we are all here together and can help one another. Nothing moves without people so treat yourself with love and you will treat others with love. You will begin to see the change right in front of your eyes.
