One of the all time great martial arts films was released in 1989.  Kickboxer was the second hit film to star Jean Claude Van Damn and to this day it remains a favorite among many action & martial arts movie fans.  On this episode we interview three of the film's stars: "Tong Po" who was played by Mohammed Qissi, "Mylee" who was played by Rochelle Ashana and "Winston Taylor" who was played by Haskell Anderson.

There are a lot of mysteries surrounding The Room and Rick's documentary answers most of the big questions...but the courts are preventing him for showing the movie anywhere!

On February 11, 1990, James "Buster" Douglas climbed into a boxing ring in Tokyo, Japan to face Mike Tyson.  Buster's mother had suddenly died just days prior.  The fight was nearly cancelled.  Casino's wouldn't even take bets on the fight because the odds so drastically favored Tyson.  Buster showed up, shocked the world and won in what would become one of the biggest upsets in sports history.  

The weeks and months that followed were crazy. Buster became a pop culture icon. But then it all stopped.  Buster lost quickly in his next fight and immediately announced his retirement from the sport.  He dropped off the map, sunk into a deep depression, ended up in a diabetic coma and almost died.

He came back yet again, turning his life around and eventually returning to professional fighting.  

We talk with Buster, discuss his rise, fall and rise again along with the video game he was featured in, his appearance on WWF wrestling and more!

Taking a deep dive into the 2002 teen thriller Swimfan!  We go over the story, learn a bit about some of the actors in the movie, learn about some rather historic filming locations that were used and then chat with Monroe Mann- the actor who played "Jake Donnely" in the film.  

Monroe gives us some great behind the scenes info on Swimfan and we end up having a great discussion about how difficult and tricky the entertainment industry is.  It's really a fascinating interview!

The Monster Squad is a cult classic 1987 horror comedy featuring a group of neighborhood kids who have to do battle against the gang of Universal Horror monsters, let by Count Dracula.
