Michael Seabrook of Brookline Sports joined the This Is Me Podcast. Seabrook has been working with Myles since he first graduated from Ole Miss. The boys are back in the studio together! With Myles being in Charlotte for the season, getting episodes in is hard to do. The guys are pumped to bring you some more content. In this episode they start it off with some festive Christmas music. It is the holiday season and they are excited for it. Holiday traditions are big in Myles family and he talks about what him and his family do every year. 

Carolina has had a roller coaster of a season thus far but Myles is optimistic about the rest of the season. They have something brewing down there, and with a playoff chance ahead, we're excited to see what happens. 

Jeff Saturday, the new Head Coach of the Colts has been a hot topic all season and the guys give their perspective on the topic.
