Dwight is the star of the Alliance episode. In the face of looming downsizing, Dwight asks Jim to form an alliance. Jim doesn't know what this means, but takes this as a sign from whatever higher power he believes in and runs with it. One particular high note is when Dwight climbs into a box in the warehouse to spy on a rumored meeting of members of a competing alliance.
