Saumya Saxena leads global builder community efforts at Base, the Ethereum layer-2 network incubated by Coinbase. Her work focuses on helping developers get onchain and on growing local builder communities, including across India. She previously founded her own company and now runs a builder community called Inner Circle.

Amit Mahensaria | Co-Founder & CEO, PRED

Amit Mahensaria is the co-founder and CEO of PRED, a peer-to-peer sports prediction exchange built on Base. Rather than acting as the house, PRED matches buyers and sellers directly and earns its revenue from trading fees, positioning itself as an exchange rather than a traditional sportsbook. Before PRED, Amit co-founded the edtech company Impartus and worked in investment banking and private equity.

Some of the most interesting AI companies are being built in industries that rarely make headlines: how developer tools get sold, how healthcare handles its paperwork, and how biology is scaled from the lab to the factory. In this episode of The Offline Network, Stream 122, we sit down with three founders working at exactly these edges. 2/ Ajay Shrihari | Founder, Coral Health

Ajay Shrihari is the founder and CEO of Coral Health, a company that automates the administrative work behind specialty healthcare. Coral Health combines document processing, agentic workflows and voice automation to handle tasks like patient intake, prior authorisations and insurance verification, and it integrates with the electronic health record systems, fax lines and payer portals that providers already use. He started the company after seeing how much healthcare is slowed down by paperwork rather than clinical care, drawing on a background in robotics and AI research.

3/ Shilpa Nargund | Co-Founder & CTO, Lemnisca

Shilpa Nargund is the co-founder and CTO of Lemnisca, a company building AI software for biomanufacturing, the process of producing molecules through fermentation. Lemnisca combines biology, reactor physics and data modelling to help manufacturers move a process from the lab to industrial scale with fewer surprises along the way, using real-time monitoring and predictive models. A chemical engineer by training with a PhD and years in bioprocess engineering, Shilpa focuses on the modelling and lab workflows at the core of the product.

Diveakssh Schae, known as the Audio Nomad, is the founder of Jungli the Nomad Village. After years making music while travelling across Australia and India, he returned to his family's ancestral land in Dandeli to build a place where digital nomads, artists, and entrepreneurs can live and work close to nature. Jungli is being shaped in dialogue with a global community of nomads, from its pricing to its experience design. 

3/ Bhavik Vasa | Founder, GetVantage

About the guest: Bhavik Vasa is the founder of GetVantage, a fintech platform that gives digital-first businesses and small enterprises access to growth capital without giving up equity. Before GetVantage, he served as chief growth officer at the payments company ItzCash. His work centres on making non-dilutive, revenue-linked funding a practical option for founders.

Abhinav Sharma is a chartered accountant who spent years in practice before co-founding Hisabkitab, a Surat-based accounting platform he built with fellow CA Shrigopal Malani. Hisabkitab brings billing, bookkeeping, compliance, tax preparation and reporting together in one AI-powered, cloud-based tool aimed at Indian SMEs, startups and the accountants who serve them. The idea grew out of the founders' own frustration with juggling disconnected software through every filing season.

Apoorv Shankar | Founder, Aina

Apoorv Shankar is the founder of Aina, a consumer hardware company building a new kind of interface for the age of AI. Before Aina, he led hardware at the smart-ring maker Ultrahuman, and he started Aina to explore how people might interact with software once AI agents do more of the work. The company builds context-aware devices designed to sit alongside the phone and laptop rather than replace them, including Dune, a small keypad for Mac that adapts to whatever app you are using.

Ajaz Khan is the co-founder and CEO of Novyte Materials, a deep-tech startup building a chemistry-aware AI engine for materials discovery. The company pairs computational prediction with wet lab synthesis so that the materials it designs can actually be made and manufactured, with early work focused on specialty chemicals and polymers. Novyte is incubated at ICT-NICE, the innovation and entrepreneurship hub of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

- Aniruddha Banerjee | Co-founder, SwitchOn

Aniruddha Banerjee is a co-founder of SwitchOn, a Bengaluru-based company that builds AI software for visual quality inspection in manufacturing. He started the company with Avra Banerjee after engineering roles at Nvidia, Samsung and other hardware firms, where he saw how much factory inspection still relied on manual checks. SwitchOn's platform, DeepInspect, uses computer vision and edge AI to detect surface defects, verify printed codes and flag assembly errors on production lines, and is used by manufacturers across automotive, pharma and consumer goods.

In this stream of The Offline Network, we sit down with two founders building in very different corners of the Indian startup world. One is changing how the next generation handles money, the other is developing new cancer treatments. About the guests:Sambhav Jain is the co-founder of Fam, a Bengaluru-based fintech built for teenagers. The app lets minors make UPI, card and P2P payments without a traditional bank account, with parents completing verification and keeping oversight of spending. He started the company in 2019 with Kush Taneja to give India's younger users a first, secure handle on their own money. 

Kavitha Iyer Rodrigues is the founder and CEO of Zumutor Biologics, a biotech company developing antibody-based cancer therapies. Zumutor works in immuno-oncology, using its own antibody platform to design treatments that target innate immunity and the tumour microenvironment. She is a repeat founder in the biologics field, having built and led biotech companies before Zumutor.
