Yariel Diaz is a man committed to Miami. He's served the city for most of his career as administrator for the Allapattah Neighborhood Enhancement Team, Special Projects Coordinator serving as a liaison between the City of Miami, the Arts & Entertainment Council and the CRB. He's also served as Deputy Director of Constituent Affairs, amongst other City of Miami positions. Nevertheless, Yariel has now transitioned intro the private sector as a Public Affairs Senior Manager for Reef Technology and Services but his vision remains intact, to help this city grow by creating hubs where businesses can thrive. Andrew "2Alas" is our 4th OG Guest, an internationally recognized visual artist and a character full of surprises. He's regarded among his peers for his bold and charismatic personality. His work is comparable to his personality, full of contrast and punch. Even in his most subtle work there is a unique energy and a recognizable structure. Andrew was born in NYC and raised in Puerto Rico but has developed most if his artistic career in Miami. Today we will get to know the story of this OG and his relationship with the city he's made his home for over 15 years.

Claudia Trejos is our third OG Guest

Claudia Trejos has an outstanding personality, as a Broadcaster her credibility goes beyond the boxing ring and the world of sports, she also uses  her voice to inspire others to achieve their highest potential. She is a Colombia native but deeply rooted in Miami where she has developed her career and now raises a beautiful daughter.

This “small" but feisty sports journalist has "boxed" her way up to the top in a world dominated by men, she has overcome barriers and dealt with closed minds to continue opening doors not only for herself but for other dreamers, like her. This was a fun episode where we laughed, learned and there were even a few tears,  we hope you feel inspired like we did!

Cesar Morales' name came up quickly after we decided to begin this podcast; it makes perfect sense. Cesar has developed several successful businesses in Miami over the years; he says he's a "creator of spaces" and surely is. If you've ever hung out around Wynwood, you probably did so at Wood Tavern, one of Cesar's creations and a staple of the area, unfortunately until last month when it was "forced" to close due to the high rent prices, after nine years of service. "It's economics 101," Cesar says as he shared with us the numbers and situations that led him to close "Wood Tavern" and to now develop new concepts like Tayrona and Pizza and Beer that will lead him to the next big step in his career. This is only the beginning for Cesar, and we're glad to have had him as a guest. We're sure you will also find inspiration with his energy, as we did.

Will Latif is our first OG Guest 

Will is a true entrepreneur, he's worked and lived in Miami all of his life and is now the owner and manager of Smart Bites and Oak Garden, which he is set to turn into the culture hub of Miami. "Oak Garden" is the space from which we will be recording and sharing our episodes every Monday. 

This episode tells a story of Miami from Will's perspective, from gunshots to butterfly stories, together with hosts Alejandro Toro and Omar Amador.
