Follow up from last week video. Aromatherapy using doTERRA essential oils is a powerful and effective natural way to find help and support for a wide range of emotional needs. Aromas stimulate smell receptors in the nose which send messages through the nervous system to the limbic brain (limbic system controls emotions). We will give tips and oil suggestions for the whole family, including pets.
