I remember the Old song from back in the day, It said "to be happy in Jesus is to trust and obey".
Most of us in our Christian walk are struggling because we are not trusting Jesus and we are not obeying him.
I promise you after coming out the other side that we can be happy in Jesus if we trust and obey him.
Trust that he knows what tomorrow brings, and trust that he will work it all out for our good and his glory.

I like the way the Pastor put it today.
The war is embedded in the gift and it is beautiful. And the reason for that is because The free gift and grace of God comes along with the trials and disciplines of God as he is perfecting you into the image of his dear son.

Have you ever gotten sand in your shoes? I have. My littlest one still gets sand in her shoes and she will stop the whole band just to get the sand out. Regret is like sand in your shoes you really just want to get it out. It’s that annoying thing that’s just there. But it’s okay to move forward and understand that the story the book is going to continue and there will be another side to the story. Most of us haven’t seen it yet but there is another side. Continue to hold on and keep watch.
