Mark is a medical oncologist, physician-patient and avid Twitter user, who has multiple neuroendocrine neoplasia type 1. He underwent a Whipple surgical procedure for his pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour in 2017, which he live tweeted.

He shares insights into practicing as an oncologist whilst also being a patient and chats about the challenges of navigating a genetic tumour syndrome which has affected him, his father and his son.
