In this episode I chat with Rachael Ami about the mindset for those working online, how to adjust to the grind, and the beauty of being your own boss. We start off by talking about the "5 different types of human design" and how to use your type to maximize your productivity. Rachael then discusses her background and how she made use of her childhood and skills to leverage her online coaching business. Then we delve into how the mindset can completely change the perspective of a situation and how that can turn from a mediocre to a powerful tool when growing yourself professionally and personally. Both Rachael and I link these values to ourselves and our pasts, and we talk about how we, and others, can always improve who we are no matter where we are in life and how working online has helped us become the best versions of ourselves we could be. Happy Valentines Day sista friends!! Today we are lovin on OURSELVES and addressing the most important topic for running a successful business: self-care. addressing the most important topic for running a successful business: self-care. I start off by discussing what self-care is and looks like, then I delve into why it is so important. Self-care is all about taking care of yourself, honoring your body, mind, and spirit, and figuring out what sustains you long-term. It is so important to value yourself and take care of your own being before everything. I even provide my own experiences during my journey of being full-time and running a side hustle, how I looked after myself, the mistakes I made, and what I wish I knew going in. I then spend some time talking about burnout, signs to know if you are burnt out in your biz, and how to manage and prevent it. And finally, I launch into tons of different things you can do for yourself to practice self-care, both while you’re working and when you’re not working.

Welcome to 2020! If you haven't noticed already, the year, and the DECADE, aren't the only things that have changed 'round here.
If you've been following me for the past year, you know that I was a Narcissistic Relationship and Abuse Recovery Coach, and that was the topic of this podcast as well.
Now, I am so excited to announce that I'm up-leveling and pivoting, onto a new adventure as an International Business Coach! My new mission is to help women who are sitting on a new business idea, or feeling stuck with their side hustle, to bust through their self-doubt, gain confidence, and make 2020 the year that they actually start their business and achieve the freedom they've been dreaming of!
This podcast episode marks the start of this shift. This episode is also a big kick in the BUTT for YOU to take control of your life, because we've only got this one to live! So welcome to the very first episode of Slaying Your Side Hustle! In this episode, we'll cover:
We will even go through some real, practical exercises (yes, grab your pen and paper for this one!) to help you gain clarity around what you want.
I have tons of journal prompt questions to ask you so you can really start taking action.
You'll never feel "ready" to start a business - so the time is NOW. Let's do this!!

This episode is for the woman who is struggling with a high conflict co-parenting relationship with a Narcissistic ex + Baby Daddy.
Lyly shares her experience of healing herself as a woman, as well as how she managed her child's father (who struggled with his own mental health), by developing a "Co-Parenting Agreement".
We talk about how to stand in your power as a parent, the gift of being a mother, Mum guilt, issues around control, support systems & the importance of doing your own "inner child" work for your own sake, and also for the sake of your children too.
