I have been working with Stephanie for about four weeks now (from the day that I am posting this podcast) and what I have loved so much about working with Stephanie is she has never once made me feel as though I was deprived or having to give anything up through her approach. It has been such an amazing experience and I am so excited to share this with all of you. My favorite tip that Stephanie shares is, "add one more!"
