On today's episode, I invite Stephanie Genco onto the show! Stephanie is a certified holistic nutritionist through AFPA (American Fitness Practitioners Associates) and she is my health coach! 

Stephanie and I chat about some awesome, simple, and effective ways you can start to make changes in your diet towards a more holistic and nutritious lifestyle. 

I have been working with Stephanie for about four weeks now (from the day that I am posting this podcast) and what I have loved so much about working with Stephanie is she has never once made me feel as though I was deprived or having to give anything up through her approach. It has been such an amazing experience and I am so excited to share this with all of you. My favorite tip that Stephanie shares is, "add one more!" Add one more fruit or vegetable to your meals and that was a huge game-changer for me! I hope you enjoy this episode with Stephanie, it's a goodie!!
