Theres all sorts of different reasons for why people get started on this alkaline journey. But it all starts with love. Either that's love for yourself, your family or your fellow man. Whatever the case may be, love is the reason for why a lot of us got started on this journey in the first place, so today I thought I'd go a little bit more into detail about exactly what I mean when I say that.
