Alkaline Radio

There are a lot of hardheaded individuals out there, but don't worry about those people. Only worry about planting the seed to change the minds of the people that want your help. Not everyone is going on want to be apart of this alkaline lifestyle and that's fine by me.

Giving back, and being their for one another is really important. Without the help of others, it would be really difficult for some people to transition to this lifestyle because at times you might be the only person you know that's on this alkaline journey.

Eating only the foods that are on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide is fine. But when almost all of the food your eating is cooked, it doesn't really help you as much as it could. That's why it's always good to consume more raw foods.

Discipline is one of the keys to staying consistent with this lifestyle. But it isn't always that easy, especially when your not able to get your hands on any alkaline foods. 

Finding certain items that are on the Dr. Sebi nutritional guide can be tough. Some of the items are almost impossible for me to find. But if there's a will there's a way...

When you don't have any alkaline foods located close by, it can be tough not to eat something that's not on the nutritional guide. That's why meal prep is key. It will keep you on the task at hand and at the same time it will prevent you from falling off the wagon. 

It awesome to see people of influence showing others the teachings of Dr. Sebi. I remember when I first got started on this journey almost nobody knew what alkaline foods were. Now it's great to see hundreds and thousands of people start to talk about this movement, and plant that seed in the minds of others, so that they start to understand that the human body heals itself...

I know that when I first got started on this journey it was tough to know when and what I should be eating. That's why I started to use the internet & different social media platforms as a tool to help me better understand different things, like how to fast properly, how to eat raw, what to eat when I wanted something sweet etc.

I've spoken about the alkaline diet quite a bit, so today I decided that we can talk about a different topic. Giving back and being their for one another. If there's one thing this movement teaches us, it's that whenever someone is in need - whatever that reason may be - we should always be their for each other. Even something as small as a little gesture can go a long way...

Today we'll talk about exercising and working out. There are a lot of different things that you can do to make your exercises more fun and exciting so that the whole family to can even join along.
