Theres all sorts of different reasons for why people get started on this alkaline journey. But it all starts with love. Either that's love for yourself, your family or your fellow man. Whatever the case may be, love is the reason for why a lot of us got started on this journey in the first place, so today I thought I'd go a little bit more into detail about exactly what I mean when I say that.

On this journey you might have some slip ups. But that's okay, as long as you continue to look at the big picture, and make sure you stay disciplined enough to consume only those things that are on the list and only the things that are good for you.

I first got started on this alkaline journey because I wanted to heal myself and my friends & family. But little did I know that this alkaline movement really changes you as a human being.
