Hey guys and welcome back to another episode of the One More podcast! I’m your host Chai and thanks for joining me on this journey as I intend to share the gospel of Christ, clarify the gospel and bring biblical clarity. I also intended in starting this podcast to create a platform to help you know Christ and help you grow in your walk with Christ as also challenge your beliefs and help you answer this question, Why do I believe in what I believe in?
One of the most important questions a Christian can ask is this: If someone truly comes to faith in Christ, can they ever lose their salvation?
Some Christians believe salvation can be lost if a person falls into sin or walks away from the faith. Others believe that once a person is truly saved, that salvation is secure forever because it is the work of God.
So what does the Bible actually teach?
Is salvation something we must constantly worry about losing? Or is it something God preserves and keeps secure for those who truly belong to Him?
In this episode, we’re going to continue to explore the doctrine eternal security. We’ll look at key passages of Scripture, address common objections, and talk about how this doctrine relates to the Christian life and our assurance of salvation.
Because if salvation really is the work of God from beginning to end, then the question of whether it can be lost is not just a theological debate—it’s a question about the very nature of the gospel itself.
