In some ways new years is a great time to set goals and look forward to a new chapter in life BUT I think we all have experienced the frustration of setting new goals and then falling short of what we want.

Sometimes I've been so frustrated with the new years thing that I have completely avoided the process of setting new years resolutions.

Today I want to share The One Thing I have found to be more effective than New Year's resolutions or annual goals but still motivating and helpful in making lasting change in your life.
