It's been a long and difficult 7 days and I am grateful to have a strong support system as I learn what life feels like sober. I will not let this life pass me by again, I'm ready to be present.  

If you are struggling with addiction, please know that even if it doesn't feel like it right now, you are so incredibly loved and are worthy of sobriety!
