I always think I'm reading the cards but today they chose to read me... I was doing a meditation this morning during a personal tarot reading and a message came through I was told to share. 

How often do we place conditions on our emotional vulnerability? What do we require of those around us before we let them into our world? 

Maybe if we released the control of needing a commitment before we open ourselves up to blessings, we would find our way paved with less resistance.

Welcome to the episode where we have an international guest... Mercedes "Stellar" Kellar joins us all the way from Seoul, South Korea and we chat about many big life topics including stepping outside traditional expectations for life satisfaction, relationships, intersectionality, parenting, and more things than I can currently remember as I type this.

It's been a long and difficult 7 days and I am grateful to have a strong support system as I learn what life feels like sober. I will not let this life pass me by again, I'm ready to be present.
