Through Adopt a Minor Leaguer, the Pottymouths have pledged to help out Eris, a player in the Rangers organization, currently at home in the Dominican Republic. COVID-19 is spreading through professional sports, but so far its baseball reach is limited to the Yankees minor league system, keeping 150 players quarantined together. MLB has promised to pay minor leaguers their spring training allowances, but has not yet indicated what will happen to their wages for the delayed season. Each team has ponied up $1million to care for its stadium workers.
