At 19 Sayge Luka is more confident in her skin than ever before. She looks like any other beautiful woman with the world at her feet.

She’s got a gorgeous boyfriend in the military, has just moved into a Melbourne share-house with friends, and shares cute Instagram posts about her amazing false eyelashes and chicken nugget cheat meals.

*** We know that sometimes it can be hard to know who to talk to if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.
